Why I built Resurface
Staying on top of the details of daily life has never come easily to me. I was diagnosed as a child and again as an adult. My ADHD put a strain on my marriage. As my wife and I worked at being a team and planning our future, we both saw that I was struggling to keep track of tasks, plans and dates. There was no single moment. The mental load kept building, and on harder days I couldn't keep up. If you've been there, I built this with you in mind.
I tried everything: notes, calendar reminders, every tool I could find. None of it gave my brain what it specifically needed, which was constant visibility. My biggest challenge is working memory. When something isn't in front of me, it's gone. So I built that: one task at a time, always in view, with no streaks, no points and nothing to keep up with. I hope it makes things a little easier for you, too.
